Eventually you will discharge this poot buildup through your umbilicus. This will cause you to fly around the room like a balloon which is suddenly, but not explosively, deflating. You can check on poot buildup by checking if your umbilicus is an "inny" or an "outy." If it's an "outy" you got trouble.
