I have created a PDF "advance" copy of this book, with cover art. The page numbers start too soon because I had them set up before adding the cover and copyright page. I'm not worried about it because it won't matter when I send it in for the e-book and for them to create a POD ready PDF.

Anyway, if any of you, who have posted already would like an "advance" copy, please send me a PM with your email and I'd be happy to send it along as a "thanks" for your input. I would only ask when it does become available online, if you find it worthwhile, you think about posting a review or rating of it on those websites.
