In the matter of Wray vs Chongo, the latter party being of diminished mental capacity, no apology will be forthcoming. His unnecessarily rough handling of our client in the filming of King Kong is before the court at present, and should he persist in this public display of 'je ne sais quoi' he will be deprived of his bananas, forthwith.
