OK..Dan, a small bit of reverb on the voice, and a little different setting on the guitar. You might use a COMPRESSOR and give it a bit of output....start with the compressor at 50% then adjust to your liking..it should give you more 'presence' and evenness; and the advice(Guest,999) about the mike, and the sound hole is correct...Don't mike the hole...but the wood behind the bridge. I typically use two mikes, and a pick-up through a compressor, and use three channels for the guitar..but two will do fine...that way you can adjust and balance the volumes, for the brightness, and the 'wood' sound! You can do this....all this stuff is easily available.
I'm rooting for ya!...ANYTHING I can do to help..........ask!
