He's doing quite well, has regained muscle mass, but is still having difficulties with his left knee. We've been getting together about once a week, and getting out to some musical events. He and Julie are married now, remodeling their house, and are happy and doing well. There's a hot tub in the back (outside) and we go out there sometimes in the evening, soak in the hot water, and watch the stars.
