Ok update:I'm physically recovering at an alarming rate and go to see the Orthopedic surgeon tomorrow to see weather I can have the knee surgery that will lay me up for another six months. My knee was shattered with my ACL gone my MCL severally ripped and my meniscus shattered with several pieces floating around inside that need to be removed. But on top of all that I hace a bone growth on the side of my knee that is a result of the head injury called Ossification when a tiny bit of calcium develops when a head injury happens (Mine is bigger than my kneecap) indicating a big deal. That's the physical end of it.
They are just recently assessing the brain injury end of it all Brain injury isn't as easy to spot as you don't lose your intellect it just shows up in different ways such as tiredness after thinking, increased frustration when dealing with organization matters, Word finding problems, etc…
I'm not back to work yet and am told that It might be a long while before I can go back
I go to Physiotherapy three times a week Massage therapy twice a week have occupational therapy once in a while and that will increase after they sort a few things out. I have now a home gym with workout bench and weights and a stationary bike that I work on at home when I'm not going to physio.
