Sun. Jan. 22 Pool workout
Sunday evening ROM/relax
45 minutes total:
Ai Chi-- upper body and core ROM x 10 reps
BackHab-- second half of workout (crossovers, sideways, lunges, ROM hips, hi-knee, etc)
Demo'd platform (6" side steps)

Shower stretches

Mon. Jan. 23 pool workout

10 min slo ski warmup.
15 min 150-178 JOG HR 80s-- inner thighs very tired.
15 min intervals 178-186 BPM. HR 95-100; 85-95-100; 85-95-100 (3 sets w new pulse oximeter)
5 min Ai Chi upper body and core ROM x 10 reps
10 minutes hot tub stretches/warm up after cold pool

No step-ups-- time short
