After being zapped (I think they paid by the zap) with electrodes on the left arm and both legs and stuck and zapped with a pin in the right leg more times than I enjoyed, the neurologist determined several things. Re the peroneal nerve damage in my right leg, the told me not to cross my legs.

Such a simple thing, but I never heard of it.

Take warning! Do NOT cross your legs!

And don't use armrests... sit in the middle of the couch and stay out of the carpal tunnel.
