Here's a laugh, You could buy an old Ford! My Eko Ranger 12 from the seventies sounds pretty good. Its the Electra with a pickup and that sounds good too. A twelve will always give a bigger sound (the tone on a Ranger 6 is very thin). It is plywood and so strong that there is no problem leaving it tuned to concert pitch. There are plenty around for little money.
