Subject: RE: BS: Don't cross your legs - nerve damage
Son of a gun! I was doing just that when I read your post, leeneia.
Wow... talk about legs cramps in the middle of the night! The doc took over from the nurses when it was needle poking time on the right leg. Where he did most of it and the deepest three different depths, subsequently more painful) of it took me twenty minutes to limp it off. Owwww. And, no, pain usually doesn't bother me... well, it never did in the past.
Say, there's another interesting question.... does one's tolerance for pain lessen with age? If so, could it be that, when young, you simply think it will only be for a while and I'll recover soon?
BTW... sorry for the actual thread topic, John. I know you don't care for threads of a medical nature. I am NOT saying you are sqeamish because anyone who eats haggis has got true grit. Especially if there are any kidney stones in it. Ecccchhhhh!
