Places here in Idaho where you're not allowed to throw rainbows back. You catch 'em you gotta keep 'em. They're crowding out the native cutthroats. If you want to catch BIG fish, try fishing for sturgeon in the Snake River. Mind you, you can't take them out of the water but bragging rights on a 150 pound fish is worth it!
