Well, Jack, I'd say calm down, first, and give one of us a chance to respond. Secondly, more information about Hulett and his CDs, generosity, etc., in your original post would have been helpful. You read it here, first, we are not omniscient. Though I didn't move it to BS, I will move it back up, but I would urge you to share more about Hulett and I am going to add his name to the thread title.
