Turnip truck?

I tried to explain that to my buddy but I think he fell off the turnip truck yesterday.

And, he switched to Rogers from Bell Aliant. Explained to me how much coin he was saving over the next twelve months and then over the follwing twelve months even after they jack up the fees. Plus, only during the first year will a cancellation of service result in a $10 per unused month of the first year be charged. I asked if he had a signed contract. Nope... did it over the phone.

I said, "Well, sounds like you struck a bargain. Good for you."
