Never underestimate the power of stupid people in groups. I make that remark because United really stepped on its crank. There's no point having a complaints department if the customer walks away thinking he's been such a burden to the airline. Musicians do talk with other musicians, and that made my mind up never to "fly United' if anything else is available.
