Been puttin off goin to the DMV for a driver's license renewal. Take a number and sit and wait. And, the number has a letter in front of it. People who come in a half hour after you get served first. Apparently, some of the staff are stupid and can't do certain tasks.

Today, I got my number and looked at the screen. It was like winning the lotto! Stepped right up, paid my $80 and walked over to the photo shoot. She told me to come in, sign the riggin, step up to the blue curtain, look at the blue light... click... 3 minutes later, I was walkin out. THE DMV in less than TEN MINUTES.

I'd rather win the lotto, but, innit nice when things go smooth? Youse have any small "victories" lately?
