I just had an interesting half hour seeing what I could find about these people (who I'd never heard of) without going anywhere near the blog advertised in that spam.

Quite a lot. Including the fact (also news to me) that Lou Killen has had a sex change and is now Louise (or Louisa? the stories vary). Must be close to the oldest person ever to have one.

Dead websites don't help. Killen's website doesn't even mention that. O'Hooley and Tidow's blog has one post ever, from 2010.
