Someone posted a question on a rubber stamping message board, and I thought I'd ask it here (as it seems the best place to ask -- you folks are wonderful):"I bought a [rubber] stamp [that says] "when crickets sing and fireflies fall, all the little bugs dance at the ladybug ball!" I have been racking my pea brain try to figure out where this saying comes from...what children's book, poem, or song. Anybody know?"
I seem to remember a bouncy little song along the same lines, maybe heard it played on Dr. Demento's radio program years ago. Any leads to title, lyrics, etc. would be appreciated!
