Perhaps you could make the pancakes at home; put sheets of waxed paper between them so they don't all get stuck together? Not sure how you'd keep 'em warm, though...

If you don't get access to the kitchen to clean up, you may want to bring large containers of water, dishrags & dishtowels, a basin or two, dishwashing soap, plenty of bin bags, and serve up on disposable plates with disposable cutlery...

That's a mighty tall order, though! Is this the first time this thing has been done without access to the kitchen? If not, perhaps you could ask the pastor's partner (or the pastor, or someone who was involved last year) how they handled it. Sounds like additional help would be appropriate, considering...
