BWL's idea of converting would solve the pancake problem, but the question becomes, would the new faith let me play recorder at services? These people not only let me play, they actually seem to like it.

"Sorry" to all the folks who suggest crepes, lefsa, enchilada or other substitutes. This lady has her heart set on pancakes and nothing else. We shall see how this all shakes out.

Meanwhile, I would be very glad to hear from anybody who has ever cooked pancakes and transported them.
