I would just do as someone else suggested and make the batter at home, have a couple of electric skillets to fry them, use paper plates or bring dishes from home if you have enough, or split that chore with someone else, bring them home and run through dishwasher..or just bring a pancake mix and mix there and bring mixing bowls etc. home and wash...if it were for 200 people I would say no but for 12 should work...you could also have cut up fruit, bacon done on a George Foreman grill etc. mg
