Chester Folk Day happens in an old school in Hoole (within walking distance of Chester centre and station).
The main Hall is used for a concert in the afternoon and ceilidh in the evening. Other rooms are used for a folk club, afternoon creche, session and bar.
The concert is always good, and some excellent musicians gather in the session room.
