John: 999 is right, I should have uploaded the other video, which showed very clearly how arrogantly the woman had parked her car and the enormous inconvenience and disruption which her selfishness was causing to other motorists. Her resentment stemmed from the fact that she regarded it as "interference" when a pedestrian filmed indisputable evidence of her arrogance. By the same token, why can I not walk into her shop, rearrange her displays in a manner more pleasing to myself, and then protest that she is "interfering" if she presents a video to the police?
The thread title could have been been better thought out, but I sacrificed precision for brevity. The point I wished to make, was that in spite of her arrogant parking, her bullying behaviour and her threat to lie to the police - all recorded - she was not charged with anything. If you or I had behaved that ignorantly in her shop, we would certainly have faced a magistrates court. I want to know why there is one law for local business people and another for everyone else. I am afraid I could not fit that idea into a thread title.
