There is a CN ferry from Saint John New Brunswick to Digby Nova Scotia, crossing the Bay of Fundy. Just a note that East Coast Canada gasoline prices are steeper than where you live (and, the Canadian Dollar is floating around par or higher versus US, so it does not look like you will have a US currency benefit to make it up).
