The use of the word "witchcraft" in this case is pejorative and paints a broad brush just as others do when they brand all Christians as fundegelicals. While I do not refer to all Christians, it does seem this is an outcome of fundegelicals preaching hatred and fear ala Salem, MA witch trials, etc. Remember Sarah Palin and the minister from Africa who spoke about burning witches? Churches and their leaders who condone this kind of violence should be condemned and held accountable, imo, and I would say that no matter what religion they hide behind.
