I was at a festival in Florida some time ago and a husband/wife duet sang a song about their place in the country and keeping guests away. After going through the usual "watch out for the snake under the stepping stone" and "don't bump the hornets nest over the front door" they had the line "...and don't cook anything in the pot underneath the bed." Has anyone heard this song? And if so, can you point me to a lyric place?
