The exit interview included a strength eval to quantify my progress on their numerical scale. The bottom line is, I now have the strength of a typical woman my age, and then some, in some muscles.

The bigger thing I think is the chart I drew up to finally get my arms around the craziness of the church year as it attrits my strength, time, and general wellbeing-- now a chart of opportunities to plan ahead, let the year flow as I flow in response to it, and go from strength to strength. I am organizing it into mind/body/spirit categories under a Maslow's hierarchy of need adaptation I use with other folks. I expect next to have the life coach I thought I needed to do that chart with me, plop into view as a peer.

TBTG and to all the support here. Next phase is stretches and strength training at home, continued pool aerobics, and that Y gym with a monthly trainer-tuneup in those specific months when accountability needs to be hands-on-- and now I actually can predict which months those ARE.
