"Nic is to be awarded a Gold Medal or Badge(no less) by the English Folk Dance & Song Society on 22nd September next at Cecil Sharp House"

If you want a folk-themed cake for the occasion, or a similar event, just let me know! My daughter's creations have included a Morris dancer cake with hat, bells and baldrick, and a model of my melodeon (Hohner Erica). She is in Wales, but I could deliver.

This is her web site The melodeon cake is not yet there, but the Morris one is on the Corporate tab (though it may be moving soon)

Dominic, I will try and dig out Foggy Duo and put them on MP3 - such gems as The Day my Canary Died : "Instead of tweeting, he dropped a greeting...". Might even have you on there somewhere.

Pip_radish - I DID get into Nic first time round, and have all his albums in vinyl, unfortunately a bit scratched in places as they were well played. I STILL cannot work out the (variable) time structure of Lord Bateman.
