I have the mildest form of scleroderma - morphoea, which just causes patches of inflammation and scarring on the skin and can respond to treatment (though it takes a ferocious amount of medication to get what seems like a small improvement on a condition that doesn't look serious). So I spent a while looking at internet resources. There is a LOT of stuff on the web out there - in particular, some very helpful support forums. (The most useful tip I got for myself from there was using turmeric orally, which I found multiplied the effect of the conventional stuff like steroid and immunosuppressant ointments).

If you can rig up some heated fingerless gloves you might find that brings some of the circulation back.
