The report function is limited to 300 characters for input so it is very very limited. The Facebook response to "impersonating someone else" is "Well get them to complain then". That is so even if the person impersonated hasn't got a facebook log-in and doesn't want one.

The only check on "real name" I have seen is for facebook to send an email asking "is this you" - and of course the impersonator will say "Oh, yes, its really me that's my name too, by a happy chance".

Facebook really does need to sharpen up its game.
