Good news - I think! There is a Midi at the following URL for Rockin The Cradle.

http://www.acronet.net/~robokopp/english/rockcrad.htm

This is part of the English collection. I note that the DT attributes the lyrics as Irish.

My thanks to the Mudcat contributor who informed us of site. Many of the Midis are quite well done. I find it much easier to appreciate a new tune if I can hear a multi part arrangement. I certainly intend to add this song to my repertoire.

Dick, I hesitate to ask this question ... but, let's say one or more of us were keen to fill in some of the gaps in the DT for songs with no tunes - I get the impression that fewer new songs have tunes available than for the DT as a whole - what's the easiest way to search for these gaps? F'rinstance we Aussies could volunteer to provide (say) half a dozen tunes each by Christmas. If I offend my country mates please forgive me.

Bob.many thanks for your erudite notes on the Wee One. I appreciate the effort you spent to provide them.

Regards John
