That is a tubful of dingo's kidneys! Obama did NOT unilaterally bomb Libya.
That was a UN/NATO operation brought about by Gadaffi's making war on his own people. The enforcement of the No Fly zone in which the U. S. participated was under the command of Royal Canadian Air Force Lieutenant-General Charles Bouchard.
The United States is a member of both the UN and NATO. The participation of the United States in the operation was an obligation of membership in these organizations.

Where were these people when George W. Bush declared war on Iraq in response to the 9/11 attack when Iraq wasn't even involved?
