Returned to exercise routine today, up in my Own Room.

The basic routine for now is the same as from PT (all as 3 sets of 10):

Supine leg raises (5-lb weights)
Supine triceps (5-lb weights)
Side-lying leg raises (5-lb weights)
Side-lying arm raises (5-lb weights; was up to 8 but waling it back till external shoulder rotation comes up to 5)
Side-lying reverse clams (5-lb weights)
Side-lying external shoulder rotation (2-lb weights)

Rowing - 30, black band plus red
Deltoid/pec extensions - 30, black band plus red

Step-ups-- there are the equivalent of 10 step-ups on that staircase.

All these exercises are posted on the wall, along with last year's scooter-commemorating laces. I did not really lose any strength from the 1-week layoff. The weighted boots I made were great. The pillow choices I made were great. Faulkner is a great little trainer. To add tonight during Hardi's workout in the room below this one-- find pre-bedtime my stretching routine.

But the great news that arrived while I did this-- bloodwork results: duh, THYROID is and HAS BEEN under functioning. Meds begin tomorrow.
