If you don't like too much protein and like low-carb, try adding fats..I find that I need higher fats than people like to see me eat..but it is the only way I can stabilize my blood sugar and slowly lose weight..even 40 or 60 carbs a day are too many for me..I try for zero and there are always hidden ones..bacon works like magic for me in terms of weight loss...I also find dark chocolate and cream cheese to be wonderful..I mix dark chocolate, stevia, cream cheese, ground flax seeds, coconut oil and cinnamonfor a blood sugar stabilizing treat...mg
