Good fats are great. I eat half of an avocado at lunch and the other half at supper, every day. Check the protein in veggies, esp. when juiced; lot more than I ever realised and I am doing great with that as my only source of protein. I see the first juice on that page has 11 grams. No meat and the only dairy is about a tbsp of shredded low-fat cheese. Almond milk has protein also, as well as nuts in general. The kidney doc I go to advised against fish, partly because of the sodium, but mostly because of the mercury, etc. I used to use rice protein powder in my smoothies, but it was too much protein.
