I'll bet the doctors and nurses failed to mention that a slight fever due to infection and dehydration can also be the cause of dementia. Whatever the cause, I hope this phase passes soon because it is very frustrating and scary. Antibiotics and Anti-psychotics should have him in a better space within 24 hours.
