I'm aiming to get below £300. I've had a look at both Asus and Acer, but the ones I fancied some had gone off the market, and some one review said great battery life and others said crap battery life. I'm not convinced that battery eater, with its very intensive usage, gives a fair prediction of relative battery lives at lower rates of current draw.
