Linn, I'm sorry I wasn't there for you last night. My laptop needed recharging, and I turned it off when I plugged it in. I'm also sorry Tom was distressed by the move. I hope the move to Clipper Harbor goes smoothly, but it will probably be more strenuous than the move to another room inside the hospital. Will you be able to ride along with him or at least be with him when he leaves the hospital and then drive to CH to be with him when he arrives?

I used to have a lovely alarm clock. It was about 6 inches tall and looked like the top one here. http://collectibles.rubylane.com/collectibles/,c=Vintage_China,,_Porcelain_Clocks,,_Timepieces,id=15.4.html
It sounded like a music box and played "Return to Sorrento." My college roommate was surprised that it could wake me up, especially after I slept through a fire alarm. (Well, I heard the alarm, but I didn't know what it was. I thought someone in the dorm was making an awful lot of noise. The reason I didn't know what the sound was because I had moved into the dorm during the second semester and had missed the practice fire drill which was only held at the beginning of the first semester. My roommate thought I had left the room before her and was amazed to find me asleep in bed when she returned to the room. Good thing it was only a drill!)
