Well, I've always heard it as De mortuis nihil nisi bonum

Day MORE-too-iss KNEE-hill KNEE-sea BOW-noom. (that's "bow" as in arrow)

"Nil" and "nihil" both mean "nothing," but "nihil" seems to be more common.
