Amazon's listings never fail to amaze me. As far as I know, I have just received the first printed copy of this book, and it's sitting on my desk beside me. Amazon is not only listing it, but listing several other suppliers of new copies an at least one vendor who' selling a used copy.They must have a time machine to go along with their money machine.
