Even if The Cure proved very expensive, it would be worth the while of the NHS (in UK) to fund it, as it would save millions of pounds in hospitalisation of sufferers, and in the various treatments, palliative care etc. To me, it's the saving of lives that counts, but in Government Spending terms, they would be very glad to make it available to all, IMO.
