I was invited to go duck hunting years ago. Good story, but... upon arriving home, one of my roomies was thrilled and offered to cook the ducks. When dinner was served, I vowed never to kill another duck.

My old man's recipe... place ducks on 2 2X4s to drain grease into roasting pan. Cover with preferred spices. Brown at 400 for 20 minutes. Cover and cook for 1:40h at 375. Throw ducks out the door and eat the 2X4s.
