I think I can explain: in that case in Florida, a young Black man who killed two Whites was arrested tried and convicted; in the other case, a White man who killed a Black boy was briefly arrested, then given his gun back and sent home without being charged. By juxtaposing these two cases, I'm sure BB was suggesting that there may be an element of racism in the handling the latter case.
