There is another verse, Rap (and I think the original title was 'Little Blossom', not Phoebe).

The second verse says:

She said she was goin' to see Gramma
Who lives up the river so wide
And I spec' that my mama fell in there
And p'raps she won't come home tonight

This was just another of the Prohibition songs that came out of that era.
