It's amazing the memories a song can bring.

When I lived in England, our house was in Golders Green on the edge of Hampstead Heath.The Bull and Bush was actually UP at the top of the hill from Golders Green.

While I wasn't old enough to go in the pub, as soon as I started reading the lyrics I could picture the pub and the oak tree that stood outside.

I saw it a lot as the model boat pond was directly across the road from it.
