I don't think it would be that difficult, just make the default setting to have that radio button toggled. You know, like when software giants send up updates to their programs and when you look at the "I accept" page it has pre-toggled acceptance of shit like the Yahoo toolbar or subscribing to some newsletter that you don't want. If they can do it, Max should be able to do it (and it's something a lot of people want!)
