The issue is that I am here is The States, if somebody steals from me, wherever they are then they should be tried in The States if the country in which they reside doesn't deal with the matter.

And a thief is a thief, it is no excuse that someone else (like maybe, the PRS) is a thief also.

The death penalty here is not relevant to this issue either. The fact that the death penalty is wrong does not alter the fact that the guy has linked his website to dealers in stolen property. It matters not that us poor folks are helpless in the matter and it is The Government that is pursuing the issue.

Intellectual property pirates should be made to pay restitution to all those that they steal from.
