The whole point, Bert, is that a crime was NOT committed in the UK. The person in question has not stolen anything from anyone - Just hosted a web site which hosts links to 'pirate' sites.

It is just like me saying that you broke UK laws because you linked to site where it shows you how to kill swans! Not that you would do such a thing of course. But someone might.
