Hi folks, I'm desperately trying to remember a song which I think is called the Courtin Hoose - or something similar. A scots song set in Edinburgh I believe about a girl who is a prostitute (I think) and many church representatives storm the house she is living in with other girls and rape her before taking her away to repent for her sins (its a cheery number...). It actually has a major tune from what I remember. It mentions cabbage in the kailyard I think at one point. Any ideas? I was given it by Chris Hendry a few years back and I never learned it properly at the time.
