A newspaper headline should not use an abbreviation that would be unfamiliar to it's readers. And the name in full is a good description of what EFDSS is and does.
How much money is spent on rebranding by these large companies - and didn't Royal Mail (or someone) change, then change back.
EFDSS has already turned it's logo on it's side. Any more would be untraditional :)
