It wouldn't be hard to spend the entire lottery grant on designing a new logo. Such things have happened before. I'm quite confident today's EFDSS have much better ideas on how the use the money.

And yes, it is English. Other countries (in or out of the UK or GB) have their own national cultural folk organisations; why shouldn't England?
